Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
Because our product line is designed for occasional use, we do not accept returns. However, we recognize that even after giving it our all to supply you with great items, there is a 1% risk of a fault. As a result, we have a flexible exchange policy; customers must inform us within 48 hours after receiving the merchandise. We can’t offer you an exchange if it’s been two days since your purchase was delivered.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it to be eligible for an exchange. It has to be in its original box as well.

Chura(tags removed)
Sehra(Pins/Tags removed)
Kalgi(Tags Removed
Suits(tags removed)
Phulkari(tags removed)

Please preserve and share the invoice that came with the product because it’s needed to finish your exchange.
Please do not return your purchase to us without first informing us.

There are some circumstances in which no exchanges are permitted:
Any item that is not in its original state, is damaged, or is missing parts due to circumstances that are not our fault.
Any object returned as a result of a failed delivery attempt.

Exchanges

Only defective or damaged items will be replaced. Provide us an email at care@1313exports.com if you’d like to exchange it for the identical item. We’ll send you a confirmation of the return shipping.
We’ll send you an email after your return has been received and inspected to let you know it’s been received. We’ll also let you know whether your swap has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your exchange will be processed, and the new package will be sent to the same address as the original order, along with a note of exchange invoice.

Shipping Returns
Only our side will initiate domestic returns within India. In the event that there is a problem with our pickup partner, we would request you to return your merchandise. Please send it to:

Following confirmation, international returns must be mailed by customer to the above-mentioned location.
In such circumstances, the customer is liable for all shipping charges associated with returning the goods. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
The time it takes for your returned goods to reach you may vary depending on your delivery location.
Consider using a traceable shipping service or getting shipment insurance if you’re returning more expensive things. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.
